Competitive Salary

All permanent staff are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to both business performance and individual contribution.

Hybrid Working

Our base is Canary Wharf, London. Most roles are hybrid, typically three days in the office and two from home, with flexibility for exceptional performance.

Comprehensive private medical cover from day one for all permanent staff, with the option to extend cover to your family at a subsidised rate.

25 Days Holiday

25 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays, rising to 28 days after three years of service. We also close between Christmas and New Year.

We keep our process straightforward and respectful of your time. From first contact to offer, most roles are completed within two to three weeks.

Initial Call

A 30-minute conversation with our HR lead to understand your background, motivations and what you are looking for. We will also tell you more about the role and the team.

Interview

A structured interview with the hiring manager and one other senior team member. For specialist roles, this may include a short technical element relevant to the position.

Offer

If it is a good fit on both sides, we move quickly. Subject to standard reference and background checks, we aim to have an offer with you within 48 hours of a final interview.
